LET IT ROT

This disc is a completely random collection of various rarities, both studio and live, recorded by the former Replacements.

Paul is represented by several live recordings, including a great live-in-the-studio appearance at KGSR radio in Austin, wherein he does an interview and plays acoustic renditions of three songs. Bob shows up on lead guitar on five tracks by Static Taxi, one of many bands he played with after the Mats fired him. All of these recordings are different than the ones that appear on the Static Taxi CD Stinson Blvd. Tommy is featured on some non-album recordings by Bash & Pop and on a version of "Yap Yap" which is different than the one on the 7 Days a Week CD. Finally, Chris turns up on "Dawn, Dawn", a non-album b-side from around the time of his Horseshoes album.

In addition, this CD features multimedia content:  two Quicktime videos from Launch CD-Rom magazine, issue #27. The first video is an interview with Paul Westerberg, in which he discusses Suicaine Gratifaction, the Replacements, and Johnny Rzeznik. The second video features a solo acoustic performance of "Whatever Makes You Happy" by Paul. Quicktime 4.0 is required to view these videos.
